Can eating nuts every day make my penis bigger?
Researchers have revealed consuming 60 grams, or two servings, of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, and other nuts) daily can actually improve your sex life. But nuts can't make your penis bigger.
According to the study, adding walnuts, hazelnuts, and almonds to an unhealthy Western diet can improve both sexual desire and orgasm quality.
Researchers from Rovira I Virgili University and the Pere Virgili Health Research Institute (IISPV) in Spain divided 83 healthy men between the ages of 18 and 35 who had no history of erectile dysfunction into two groups.
All participants ate a "Western-style" diet, which is known to be high in saturated fats and low in fruits and vegetables.
They were instructed to continue eating their regular diets, but those in one group were given 60 grams of nuts (30g of walnuts and 15g of almonds and hazelnuts) to eat every day.
The researchers also measured their waist circumference, blood pressure, and sperm quality, and they were asked to complete a questionnaire about their sexual function and performance.
After 14 weeks, the researchers discovered that the group that ate the nuts had more sexual desire and better orgasms.
Several antioxidants, such as polyphenols and vitamins found in nuts, have been proposed as effective treatments for erectile dysfunction while also being beneficial to the cardiovascular system.
According to our findings, following a healthy diet supplemented with mixed nuts may help to improve erectile and sexual desire.
